Mislim da nije svejedno o kakvom treningu se radi, koliko traje, koji ti je cilj...

mene zanima ono tipa pije li neko vodu, vodu s necim tipa dekstroza, ili neka energetska napica ili nes? ili ako ste citali negdje sta je naj?

ja osobno radim ono trening tipa sat sati i 10 min, bez cardio, radim na masi i snazi i pijem samo vodu, i to onako po osjecaju, neki puta pola litre neki puta litru. pa me zanima trebam li dekstrozu ili nes jos piti sta mi je bolje?
