Dorucak : 120 g zobene + banana ( danas inace ju nejedm ujutro )+ zeleni caj
MO : 50 g posnog
Rucak : 150 g prsa + 100-150 g riže + 2 šnite kruha
Mo: 80 g ribe iz konzerve + šnita kruha
PreWM : 100 g tjestenine + još jedan komad prsa oko 35 g msm da je bio
PWM : 30 g whey+55 g dekstroze
Zadnji obrok : 100g zobenih + 15 g whey
Treniram dosta kasno pa imam problema sa prehranom

zadnji obrok vrlo los,sta ce ti pobogu whey i UH za zadnji obrok? dorucak fali P radije tu ubaci mjericu wheya, rucak nije lose mada bi ja kruh izbacija.mo2r riba iz konzerve bolja za P+M obrok prewm 35gr? to je oko 7gr proteina. pwm ok
