7:40 4 bjelanjka, 2 žutanjka, 100 i nešto grama raženog kruha, banana 11:00 250 g posnoga sira, 100 g raženoga kruha 14:00 grah ili nekakvo meso s rižom, ili samo riža s graškom, ili opet 250 g posnog s raženim 17:00 250 g posnoga s raženim kruhom 18:00 trening 18:50 30-40g glukoze i 30 g wheya 20:00 meso i riža ili 3 cijela jaja i grah ili posni sir i raženi kruh 23:00 250g posnoga sira i bademi, nekad i omega III izmedju obroka jedem bademe i tu i tamo jogurt |
