Bol u mišicima!

Nisam vježbao dugo, tj prije sam se bavio sportom, a sad sam krenuo sa p90x program... Fit sam, ne trebam skidat kila samo želim vjezbat i imat misice, zelim biit u formi.

Prekjucer sam odradio prvi trening za leđa i prsa, to je bilo eto bas prije 48 sati a misici me jos bole. Ne koristim nikakve suplemente.

Da li moram vise jesti ili je to normalno nakon toliko ne vjezbanja? Ili bas moram uzimati suplemente iako ne bih zelio trositi lovu ako ne moram!?

Normalno je nakon toliko ne vježbanja

Kakva ti je prehrana ja neznam ovako.. ali pomaže ako se dobro hraniš

Pa jedem sve sta se kuha, naravno izbjegavam u sirokom uku przenu hranu i svu junk hranu... Kazem tek sam poceo... Al nekad nema mesa, recimo nekad su lignje ili rizoto glavni obrok u danu... Jaja obavezno svaki dan (samo bjelanjci) za dorucak, u skoli sendvic ili hrana odkuce, a navecer ostaci od rucka...

to je opcenito, inace jedem svaki cas da metabolizam radi, najcesce piletinu i svinjetinu!

Al kak ljudi ne kuže da u jajima nema ništa loše i da su jaja poželjna za bb prehranu...
