  Zanima me kako ja treba da vjezbam?Imam š6 godina,visok sam š76 cm i imam 84 kg.Kako treba da vjezbam,koje sprave treba da koristim,koje vjezbe da radim.(U nogama sam jak,ali htio bih malo razviti,prsa,ramena i ruke).Hvala unaprijed
