Pomozimo jedni drugima - ne karakteriziraj ljude po - "iskusnjara", expert, pocetnik, sportaš, boksac, "mršavac" ili "mrcina". To nije bitno, bitno je razmjena ideja te kvalitetnih sportskih informacija. Jasno ti je ukoliko dodje do žestokog prepucavanja da ce se brisati... Edited by Zoki |

od drugog tjedna mjenjam program.. do nove godine cu radit po 5 ponavljanja.. i primjenit cu program prsa-triceps, ledja-biceps, ramena-noge..
a koliko onda vjezbi, serija?? ja sam navikao barem za prsa 4 vjezbe, tj š0 serija..takodjer tako i za drugo misice.. jedino za noge odradim po š4,š5 serija.. |
