I da - meni je steper, ali kad ga smisleno radiš, fenomenalan za guzu! Ponekad se toliko konc. da stisnem guzu, da zaboravim da je o kardiu rijec
Zato - zategnuti mišice guze i gaziti petama po steperu! |

Je, a kad ne živiš na moru, a iz bazena još nisi izašao bez nekih ginekoloških problema...? Plivanje je super, ali meni i ne baš tako dostupno. |

Bila je emisija u Oprah o tim crnkinjama kojima caša, doslovno, stoji na guzi, ali - morat cu te razocarati - to je zato što crnci na gluteusu imaju mišic više od bjelaca, tako da, ništa od crnacke guze..... |

Ja isto mislim da je orbitrek bolji jer ipak koliko-toliko radi cijelo tijelo dok na biciklu sjedis i vrtis...tj. ono pogodis noge i malo trbusne za bicikliranje... |

ako se stavi neki pristojan otpor onda nije uopce loš, dapace, ali u protivnom se više radi o zamahu... ja se zagrijavam na njemu i da se dobro izmorit, no osobno više preferiram biciklu |

kad sam pocela ic u teretanu, cucnjevi su mi bili.. hm.. ne hvala.. da bi promijenila plocu kad sam vidjela curu koja je, dok sam ja gazila po orbidreku (kojeg mrzim iz dna duse i traku za trcanje i steper i biciklu) , odradila trening od sat vremena di nije radila nista drugo osim cucnja u jedno pet varijanti i iskoraka u mjestu i pokretu...s tim da nije izgledala ko schwarzenegger vec sasvim normalno i vjerojatno je vlasnica najljepse guzice koju sam u teretani vidjela!
eh od tada otprilike radim 90% treninga upravo cucnjeve ( sa 40kg) zato brzo na coopersguns i pogledat sve vrste cucnja i vjezbe za noge i guzu :))))) |

hehehe no no, teta vježba cijeli život (osim toga još i trci ko luda) i puno cura mojih godina bi se moglo posramit pred njom
