Ja se djelomicno slažem sa gajbompive.
Dakle, ako se radi o integralnoj tjestenini i integralnoj riži, u nekoj MALOJ kolicini, zašto ne? Ja sam trenutno na režimu, pa mi je 50g (sirove, znaci kuhane oko š50g) integralne riže za rucak - obavezna stavka. Ali to je za cijeli dan to. Ostalo su proteini i povrce. I to funkcionira zaista. |

Gle gajba, ako hoces drasticno smrsat riza, krumpir i tjestenina nisu bas najpozeljniji. Ne smijes se krkat kao kad radis na masi. UH valja srezat.
