  malo po gradji licis na mene isti oni jastucici, spojleri, slaufi (kako se vec zovu) sa strane... uhhhhhhhhh....resicemo se mi toga go girl!

pa puno bolje nego sad..cak sam na ovoj ispala nekako
premrsavo ,tak ne izgledam inace uploadat cu jos slika..
htjela bih maknut ove love handels ,noge malo sredit i
trbuh naravno

Pozdrav svim! Vec sam malo poduže na ovom forumu ali
nikako da krene moja transformacija.Evo malo o
meni.Stvarno se želim promijeniti jer na sebi vidim samo
mane.Preveliki trbuh,noge itd itd. Najveci problem je
najvjerojatnije prehrana.Zato jer se znam užasno
izgladnjivati i onda prenajesti.To se događa jer se
jednostavno neznam zaustaviti kada pocnem jesti pa onda
prvo ne jedem i onda pocnem jesti.Jedan također od mojih
ciljeva je nauciti se kontrolirati. Želim smršaviti pa
najmanje 7-9 kg ,ali još važnije da to na neš i lici.Puno
puta sam i odustajala jer sam u tako receno pretiloj
family pa sam za njih mršava(moš si mislit)i onda kad ja
ne uzmem slatko oni pocnu ma kai tebi fali ti si i
premrsava,a zapravo ne razumiju da mi na taj nacin škode.
Prehrana mi je sad koma -priznajem -.-' Pocela sam
nedavno trenirati hrvanje i treninzi su tipa zbog skole
2-3 x tjedno. Pocet cu malo -pomalo trcati i ako imate
neki dobar kucni trening za preporuku bila bih zahvalna .

Kilaža:65 kg
Visina :š67 cm
Mjere:nemogu nac onai metar za mjerit ,stavim naknadno
dob:š5

Prehrana:sad je koma al evo primjer kako cu poceti od
sutra(pokusati)

dorucak: crna kava(zbog ucenja pa me malo razbudi),
Žitarice sa mlijekom

rucak:bijelo meso,spinat i kuhani krumpir

vecera:posni sir i kikiriki

meduobroci:voce



Ja se iskreno nadam da cu ovai put uspijeti jer toliko
sam puta pokusala ,a nikada nisam uspjela.Puno puta
odustanem jer premalo izgubim td.
