I zato sto se jako brzo svari, a ako ga pojedes uvece druga hrana koja je u tvom zelucu, dakle ona koju si unela u toku dana, zakrcuje zeludac i voce ne moze da prodje, pa s etako en iskoriste dobre stvari iz njega.     <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=5321">MissKatarina</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3926<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 09&nbsp;Ožujak&nbsp;2011 at 09:08<br /><br />Evo mene :) Da ne bih svi pomislili da sam još jedan od <br />onih izgubljenih slucaja  <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ovako dugo mi je <br />trebalo ali napokon sam se naucila jesti 5 obroka na dan( <br />znam da ce mnogima bit to cudno ali to mi jednostavno <br />nije bila navika) -ponekad kada sam u zurbi samo bude 4 <br />,ali glavno da nije ko prije..jedem puno manje nego prije <br />i treninzi su 4-5X tjedno , (hrvanje) s tim da jos preko <br />vikenda malo vjezbam doma :) Ali naisla sam na par <br />problemcica i pitanja <br /><br />š)Doma dolazim oko š0 sati nakon treninga i ponekad <br />stvarno dobim veliku navalu gladi jer kad sam sam popodne <br />u školi zadnji mi je obrok oko 5 ,6 i neznam sto da tad <br />pojedem<br />2)sve se polako ali sigurno "topi" ali vec sam i prije <br />postavljala pitanja ,nikako ne idu ove naslage sa strane <br />trbuha..sve ide dolje osim toga ...imam kardio trening i <br />sve i neznam gdje grijesim?&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley5.gif" border="0"> <br /><br />Primjer jucerašnjeg jelovnika<br />dorucak:zobene sa jogurtom i komadicima narance(nije mi <br />okus nikakav ako jedem samo s mlijekom)<br />rucak: 2 šnite integralnog kruha, š komad bijelog mesa i <br />2 kuhana krumpira<br />međuobrok:posni sir (obozavam ga samog jest :) )<br />vecera:sendvic od integralnog kruha ,bezmasnog sira i <br />malo zobenih unutra(cudno ali mi se svida)<br />i jos mozda ponekad negdje pojedem jednu narancu ili <br />jabuku <br /><br />]]>
