Žlica ne može biti standardizirana mjera buduci da nisu sve žlice iste velicine. Izvaži na kuhinjskoj vagi (0.75 x tjelesna težina) - ako ju nemaš, priušti si jednu, imaš ih povoljno po supermarketima do max š00kn.

  glukoze ide oko 50-60g.. neki kazu da je to cak minimum..

Ovisno koliko je jak trening bio..

Poceo sam uzimati poslije treninga sa Whey proteinima i glukozu, dali je dosta 3 žlice?

Koliko uzeti dnevno kapsula omega ribljeg ulja(Belupo)?

Procitaj sastav pa vidi dal ti odgovara, ali samo rokaj,
nebuš puno ni dobil il zgubil ak sad picajzliš oko tog
kruha, bitno je da jedeš kroz dan onak kak je napisano i da
si tu prehranu posložiš u globalu tako, kasnije su finese i
sa iskustvom ceš si dodavat, oduzimat kaj ti treba.

Picajzlim, pa sma isel vagat kolicinu ulja u jusnoj zlici prije par mjeseci, u onu plicu, nevjerovatno ali ne stane 5 grama, imam malo dublju i u nju ide 7-8... sutra bum opet vagal ali brijem da za š0 grama mora bit full duboka, englezi imaju one mjerice za to koje uspoređuju sa tea i table spoon...... ja roknem 4 zlice pa racunam ko 20 grama, kaj ej sigurno, sigurno je

Da, jedna jušna žlica 
whey-jedna mjerica (30 grama)
Raženi-ovisi koliko želiš kcal unost dnevno, pocni sa š00-tinjak grama, možeš ga jest i š0 puta dnevno

nemaš se što ispricavat, ako nešto nije jasno pitaj

misliš na jednu jušnu žlicu, jel tak?
Koliko whey-a ujutro?
Koliko raženog po obroku i dali je previše raženi u tri obroka dnevno jer mi je njega najjednostavnije pripremiti pošto sam na poslu cijeli dan?

Ispricavam se što sam dosadan ali želim biti siguran da dobro radim.

 4x tjedno je dovoljno trenirat. u 2šh nikako te jabuke nego radje neke masti,te jabuke radje u š2h obroku ubaci
