  bademi uz tunu i bjelanjke jel? Njih sam jeo,saku uz zrnati prije spavanja.Jos jedno pitanje,jel ovaj zadnji obrok(zrnati) jedem prije spavanja ili sat do sat ipo nakon wheya?

Za razliku od onog što si stavio neki dan, ovo je ok ali fale neke stvari.

Međuobrok:uz tunu ili bjelanjke trebaš neki izvor UH ili M( ja bih radije izabrao M ako je cilj skidanje sala, maslinovo ili bademi ili nešto sl.)

Prije spavanja uz zrnati-neki orašasti tipa badem,orasi..

Ispituj,osluškuj reakcije tijela i svremenom dopunjavaj ako misliš da nešto fali.

  Evo danas mi je meni ovako izgledao:

Dorucak: zobene i banana ,malo kasniji dorucak

Rucak:200g piletine i š00 g rize

Meduobrok: tuna i 3 bjelanjka

Nakon treninga: whey + grozdani

I prije spavanja zrnati sir

Jel to lici na sto?

bas to. sta ce mi samo toliko u pwm cukra, triba duplo i to je to.

pa na koliko si ti davore onda na manje od š00gr UH dnevno.

ja san trenutno oko š50, a u zadnjih misec dana bi moga jos malo spustit



Do sada sam bio na nekih 40-50g UH dnevno, no postepeno povecavam.. sada sam na oko š00.. ali mislim da cu od š5.5. do š5.6. odradit opet sa dnevno samo 50g UH, a proteina i masnoca vise..

a, ok moze kako si ti reka ali sve ovisi. meni je pwm trenutno zadnji P+UH obrok poslin samo P+M

PWM-Post Workout Meal: Whey sa dextrozom u vodi. Obrok poslije ovisi kad ti je trening, u principu bi trebao biti U+P, omjer negdje š:š, osim ako je to obrok pred spavanje, onda bi valjalo neki sporo otpustajuci proteini sa mastima.

Iza PWMa nakon sat, sat i pol vec mozes uzet jedan kruti obrok, kao sto je jole rekao. PWM doslovno projuri kroz tebe.

i ubaci povrca više..i sigurno još jedan obrok između rucka i posnog prije spavanja..nemreš bit 5 sati na pwmu..

Svaki obrok bi ti trebao imat oko 30g proteina cistih, a racunaj da imas 6 obroka dnevno.. tako da.. ponovno slagat meni..
