Bilo bi jeftinije i brze misici uzimaju bjelancevine iz whey-a nego iz bjelanjaka, odnosno bjelanjak se duze probavlja, a nakon treninga ti je jako bitno sto prije dopremit proteine u misice... |

Ja obicno radim ovako. Odmah nakon cardia pojedem 6 bjelanaka, a nakon 45 minuta š50g pilecih prsa i oko š00g tjestenine ili krumpira ili rize. Je li ovo dobro? |

Isuse kao o drogi da pricaš, tj samo si im potvrdio stavove Inace, kad sam kupio prvi whey isto je bilo nekih problema, ali onda je ocuh (spec. opce med) provjerio pa me na kraju žicao whey daj majci ovaj clanak: Whey |

dobro si i reka,meni kaže da ona mora pitat doktora jeli to sigurno jedva cekam da joj potvrdi,najjaci su mi roditelji,a meni i sestre koje ne razlikuju steroide od proteina i onda cim vide prah odma je to droga |

hehe.. i moji su tvrdoglavi glede toga.. no ja sam jednostavno kupio whey sa š5god i pio.. pa sam rekao njima ovako: cujte, ja mogu imat skrivene proteine u garazi, pa necete ni znat koliko doza dnevno pijem, ili nek je doma, pa barem znate da samo nakon treninga pijem |

Vidi.. Whey se preporuca odmah nakon treninga jer se brzo apsorbira.. a piletina se ne asorbira tako brzo.. znaci razlika ti je u tome.. |

Vezano uz ovu temu,znam da je malo neaktivna,ali bi bilo
glupo novu otvarat pa vas pitam,šta mislite,mogu li u zamjenu za whey pojest š00 g piletine više.š00 gr sadrži približno 25 gr proteina,kao i mjerica 75% whey...a i ukusnije je definitivno. |
