Pozdrav svima!Ovako,visoka sam š65 i imam 60kg.Muce me masne naslage na trbuhu i bedrima :/.Inace sam hedonist,volim uzivati u dobroj klopi i poslje to dobro zaliti pivicom

Trcanjem i vožnjom bicikla možeš smanjiti masnoce tako da ce se iste korsititi kao energije nakon što se ugriješ :)
ali to nece rezultirati laganim trckaranjem š-2 kilometra ili laganom vožnjom bicikla... treba baš "zapeti" :) |

tocno to samo vise trcanja i bicikl..i kalorije gubids ko
ludo..nis neide odjednom..:) radi to par mjeseci i vidices rezultate..za dosta kila mrsavija..hehe najbolje se dobro osjecat u svome tjelu ![]() ![]() ![]() |
