    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=3474">Djevojka_sa_sela</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3403<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 20&nbsp;Kolovoz&nbsp;2010 at 01:21<br /><br />Pozdrav svima!Ovako,visoka sam š65 i imam 60kg.Muce me masne naslage na trbuhu i bedrima :/.Inace sam hedonist,volim uzivati u dobroj klopi i poslje to dobro zaliti pivicom <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0"> ali sta je,je dosta je bilo!I sama vidim da vise tako ne mogu nastaviti,zato sam se odlucila za promjenu.  <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"> .Promjeniti nacin prehrane i ubaciti koju tjelesnu aktivnost.Izbacila sam sav junk food iz prehrane i razne gluposti.Jedem pilece/purece bijelo meso,tunu,posni sir,povrce(najvise rajcicu i papriku,zelenu salatu),voce(najvise jabuke,kruske,limun,grejp,kruske).Zobene za dorucak.Izbacila sam gazirane sokove.Pijem samo vodu,kavu i zeleni caj,alkohol sam svela na minimum.Pivo vise ne pijem,eventualno vino.Zanimaju me vasi prijedlozi u vezi prehrane,sta jos mogu jesti?Mogu li trcanjem i voznjom bicikla smanjiti masne naslage?]]>
