 Pa meni fleksija na spravi odlicno pogodi zadnju lozu.. a i kod sirokog cucnja je osjetim jako.. nisam prakticki ni probao jos druge vjezbe.. ![]()  |

    Ja nisam za izbacivanje fleksije....ne je pustit kao glavnu i jedinu vježbu, to nikako...al kao neku nadopunu, ili za onako povremeno, kao promjenu.. zašto ne....ili za pocetnike...

 Vidiš kako se mišljenja razilaze, ja fleksiju nikad nebih ubacio u trening, pogotovo ne pocetniku, zahtjevao bih da odmah pocne ucit trenirat sa slobodnim utezima i šipkama, hardcore trening rula i na takav nacin ce sigurno imat više pluseva nego ako bude kružio po kojekakvim spravama i izolacijama za pojedine mišice, ali ponavljam, to je samo moje mišljenje ![]()  |
