Uzmi, ali ne klasican pwm. Whey DA, glukoza NE. Ispravno, sto nizi GI, recimo normalan jutarnji obrok sa zobenima, integralnim kruhom ili vec necim sto inace jedes. Primjer: whey - zobene - mlijeko ili voda. Brzo i jednostavno. |

Da se nadovezem na staru temu - koji bi bio najbolji obrok poslije HIIT-a (dakako, osim wheya - u smislu, ako ne uzimam whey)?
