Ciao
Svuda vidim što treba jesti kad se vježba...a što je s danima odmora? U danima vježbe raspoređeni obroci, š.5gmm proteina, š.5gmmugljikohidrata etc... Da li takav režim treba zadržati i u danu odmora, ili je bolj smanjiti unos? Vježbam tri puta tjedno, svaki drugi dan. |

ja jedem isto kao i kad treniram 4g UH i 2 g proteina po kg TT, 6 obroka dnevno...mati hoce da me se odrekne preko novina haha
