Imam 14 godina, visok 179 cm, imam 78 kg.
Izbacio sam totalno slatkiše, ne jeden poslije 18h.
Vjezbam sklekove, cucnjeve, trbusnjake i jos neke vjezbe za trbusna misice.
Da li ce mi to pomoci da nabacim plocice, s obzirom na moj kilograme, ili moram da pocnem trcati ?

Imas 14 godina, izbaci junk food, neka ti osnova prehrane bude voce, povrce, orasari, meso, riba, reci mami da ne pravi vise masnu hranu, da svede ulje na minimum, da ne pijes zasecerene sokove i gazirane, takodjer secer svesti na minimum. Upisi neki sport, i salo ce otici. Nemoj se prejedati ,ali jos i vaznije nemoj biti gladan, nadji neku zlatnu sredinu. Ne treba ti nikakva dijeta ili sl. Ti ces jos rasti i ako se ne budes dalje debljao to salo se brzo otici a ti ces imati 6 pack.
Onoga trena kada pocneš razmišljati što ceš uraditi ako izgubiš, vec si izgubio.
