Ovako,imam problem...zelim smrsati . Pocela sam sa dijetom i trcanjem, nekim kucnim vezbicama i ok izgubila sam svuda osim na nogama..One neprestano rastu i imam previse naslaga na kolenima i to me uzasava jer ruzno izgleda..
Da li postoji neko resenje za skidanje tog sala ?

Rjesenje je vjezba i pravilna prehrana. Kad dodes do dijela da te muci salo koje ne mrda, samo trebas poostrit rezim.

Svatko ima genetski predodredjeno gdje ce mu/joj se salo nakupljati. Dok je u žena to najcešce (ne uvijek!) donji abdomen i noge, kod muckaraca je to srednji stomak.

Isto tako, salo se ne može topiti ciljano, u smislu da vježbaš noge pa da ti salo ide sa nogu,  nego kao što Sun Chi kaže, pooštri režim ili vidi gdje možeš napraviti izmjene u prehrani :) doci ce i noge na red

Zasto ne vjezbas cijeli Insanity? Dobar je za topljenje sala.

A prehrana? P+M, P+UH, 5-6 obroka, izbaci UH poslije rucka, izbaci preradenu hranu, jedi puno povrca, salate i kvalitetnih proteina...
