Dok je u žena to najcešce (ne uvijek!) donji abdomen i noge, kod muckaraca je to srednji stomak.<br><br>Isto tako, salo se ne može topiti ciljano, u smislu da vježbaš noge pa da ti salo ide sa nogu,&nbsp; nego kao što Sun Chi kaže, pooštri režim ili vidi gdje možeš napraviti izmjene u prehrani :) doci ce i noge na red<br><br>]]>

Pocela sam sa dijetom i trcanjem, nekim kucnim vezbicama i ok izgubila sam svuda osim na nogama..One neprestano rastu i imam previse naslaga na kolenima i to me uzasava jer ruzno izgleda..<div>Da li postoji neko resenje za skidanje tog sala ?</div>]]>
