Dakle, volio bih dobiti nekoliko kg misicne mase a zadrzati ili po mogucnosti povecati eksplozivnu snagu.... Moze neki konkretan savjet oko plana treninga?
Radi se o vremenskom razdoblju od 2 i pol mjeseca....

To mi je jedna od opcija, al mislio sam prvo cuti neko misljenje na forumu :)
Zapravo bi me zanimalo koliko je to moguce paralelno razvijati u kracem vremenskom razdoblju?

znam tocno sta mislis, ja vec 2 godine tako pokusavam povecati masu a da ne izgubim previse na defki i da dobim snagu, a pritom da ostanem pokretan za jednom dva puta na tjedno za nogas ili kosaraku. e to je tek muka :P
