prijatelju bili mi mogao sastaviti neke vježbe za kucni trening.mjesec dana laganini treniranja sklekovi,trbušnjaci,zgibovi,uteg za ruku 6kg.tek toliko da ne zahrdam ovaj period od mjesec dana doma..pozdrav;) |

ne bih znala, ali muškarce svakako bar dva puta nedeljno po pola sata intenzivnog zagrijavanja i pola sata polaganih vežbi :*
