Hocu da probam??Interesuje me kako idu treninzi odn.koliko puta sedmicno i da li ide napr.1.trening nekoliko dana pa onda sljedeci ili se odmah sledeceg dana prelazi na 2.?

Ima li pauze izmedu treninga ili je svaki dan jedan trening (ukupno 18 dana)?

Jos jednom bih zamolila ako neko moze da mi pojasni da li se ovi treninzi rade svakog dana bez pauze ili je potrebno nakon par treninga uzeti dan odmora?

Treninzi su koncipirani tako da se rade 2 trening za gluteus pa 1 hiit trening. Naša preporuka je da se rade 3 treninga tjedno: 2+1. Dakle, u prvom tjednu da odradite treninge 1,2, i 3. U sljedecem tjednu 4,5, i 6. i tako dalje.
