da li je svejedno da li jedem bijeli ili integralni couscous ili je integralni ipak bolji?

Integrali kus-kus ima nešto više ugljikohidrata, proteina i kalorija i nizak glikemijski indeks (ne izaziva promjene u razini glukoze u krvi). Zbog obrade, običan bijeli kus-kus ima i nešto manje vitamina i minerala.

Obožavam couscous. Radim ga cesto kao glavni obrok na salatu samo što još uz njega dodam i suhu/svježu mentu. Jednostavno ga obožavam! ?
