ja si radim peciva od kombinacije heljdinog,kokosovog,sezamovog,lanenog,brašna,može bademovo,i slicno. no,ugl. 3 žlice tog brašna, 1 jaje,2 žlice posnog sira,malo soli,žlicica sode bikarbone(umjesto praška za pecivo). sve dobro izmješati,u nekoj okrugloj posudi,staviti u mikrovalnu na 3-4 minute,i imate lijepo pecivo s kojim možete sve i svašta,sendvic,hamburger,umjesto kruha,i sve kaj vam padne na pamet. :) |

Ja sam radila nekidan peciva od heljdinog i slanutkovog brašna + jaje, soda, žličica octa i malo psylliuma.. U to piletina, salata i senf, bolje od mcDonaldsa :)
