bol u ledjima prilikom izvodjenja deadlifta

radim deadlift s teretom od 7kg i nakon što ga odradim (3x8), osjecam bol u donjem dijelu ledja, nešto poput grca. prodje kroz cca pol sata, ali znam da me vjerojatno boli jer ne izvodim vježbu kak spada. kaj bi mogel biti problem?

/kg nije nikakav  teret, vjerojatno imaš problem sa donjim djeloom ledja, lumbalni dio. Da li si ikad ranie osjecala probleme? 

Zasad izbaci DL, i ojacaj trbuh i ledja, pa onda polako ubaci DL, s tim da se potrudi dobro nauciti tehniku. Problem može biti ukoliiko imaš skracene mmišice lože, slab trbuh i ledja, pa ni nemožeš dobro izvesti pokret, sad gadjam bzvz, jer nemam pojma kojji ti je problem, ali ti se ta bol nebi smjela javljati ukoliko je sve ok.

okej, dakle, poanta mi je da pomocu ovih vježbi prvo malo ojacam ledja i još pojacam core - pa da me onda možda ne bude boljelo?

Vidi, ako ce  te boljeti na ove vježbice, moraš se javiti nekom fizioterapeutu, fizijatru... I riješiti problem. Ako te boli bez nekih optereccenja, na svee ove vježbe, javi se nekom fizioterapeutu ili fizijatru. 
Inace,probaj ojacati core _trbušnjaci, ledjnjaci, izdržaji razni. Pazi da pravilno radiš  vježbe. Ubacuj polako cucnjeve, iskorak(prednji,stražnji) iskorak sa rootacijom trupa, ako to sve ide, onda ubaci goodmorning pa DL.

koje mrtvo dizanje radis? rumunjsko?
uvjek mozes raditi leg curl da izoliras, ali ako te boli kad radis bez kilaze ili sa samom stangom od prvog ponavljanja onda nes ne valja sa ledima.
ako se bol pojavi kasnije moze biti od naprezanja.
pa ja recimo kad radim leznjake nemrem normalno hodat ostatak dana haha
ako radis rumunjsko mrtvo, sto bi trebala jer ono pogada savrseno guzu i zadnju lozu probaj ne spustat uteg ispod koljena i tako ces izbjeci donji dio leda i vise radit samo lozu

da to je rumunjski, probaj iznad koljena samo

a za leg curl doma, davno kad sam radio doma radio sam ovak, uzms traku zavezes cvor na jednoj strani nju iza vrata ili ispod neceg teskog, a drugi dio za gleznjeve, noge spojis omotas malim rucnikom da se ne ureze i legnes onako ko na leg curl u teretani samo sad na neki krevet ili nesto ugl da je poviseno od poda da dobis dobar kut, i eto leg curl nadam se da si skuzila kak :D
