eto ja sam nova :) imam 50 kg i š60 sam visoka..ali imam skembicu i to mi se ne svida, nimalo :( al polako sam pocela mijenjati svoje navike, pijem vise vode dnevno, ne jedem cokoladice kao prije!!
sada u š.mj krecem u teretanu pa ako ima ko kakav savjet!??
inace sam studentica, a svi znamo kako se oni hrane, nazalost.

I kao studentica se mozes zdravo hranit.. Samo izbaci junk food iz prehrane, ulovi se treninga s utezima i to je to ;)

ja ne zelim nikako smrsaviti..i znam da moram mijenjati prehranu, ali nikako da si ju osmislim kak bi to trebalo izgledati!??

Izracunaj bazalni metabolizam..  podijeli taj iznost kalorija na 6 obroka dnevno. Imaj u svakom obroku proteina i kompleksnih ugljikohidrata, osim vecere. Ona nek se sastoji od proteina i zdravih masnoca (primjer: š50g posnog sira + 30g badema)..

...hvala :) moze ovak, za dorucak neke zobene pahuljice i voce, za rucak sta se skuha sa povrcem ili neko meso s rižom, a vecera posni sir..jel može umjesto badema neki ljesnjaci ili orasi !??

Možeš orahe/lješnjake/lanene sjemenke/maslinovo ulje...
Dorucak si obogati nekim izvorom proteina. Osobno preferiram jaja, npr.napravim si 4 (2 žutanjka, 4 bjelanjka); možeš si smiksati frape posni/banana/zobene, ovisi što voliš. Koristim whey, pa njega ubacim u zobene za dorucak kao izvor proteina...
