Osobno preferiram jaja, npr.napravim si 4 (2 žutanjka, 4 bjelanjka); možeš si smiksati frape posni/banana/zobene, ovisi što voliš.  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> Koristim whey, pa njega ubacim u zobene za dorucak kao izvor proteina...<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by zika</span>]]>
