Isto na prstima, intenzivnijim tempom, trudim se nikad manje od pola sata.

Udisaj na nos, izdisaj na usta, preferiram off roud, ali kad godisnje doba dozvoljava!

 Ne prakticiram slusati nista osim zvukova prirode, jer me upravo to opusta!

 preporucljivo je trcati sto vise na prstima jer se trcanjem na peti radi pristisak na kicmu.....trcim za skidanje masnih naslaga, sto znaci neprebrzim tempom vremenski 45 minuta.....uz trcanje idu slusalice i dobra glazba (heavy metal npr.)

 Kako trcite,punim stopalom,na prstima,kratke staze ,duge staze,disanje.....koliko vremenski....sve sto ide uz trcanje....
