ok idemo opet XD
85kg, š90cm
4 obroka dnevno:
00.70 dorucak: cca š00 grama musli-a sa cca 2 dcl mlijeka
š0.00 2. dorucak: lisnato sunka sir (velicine sake)
š7.00 rucak: komad nekog mesa(š00G) ili 2 hrenovke , casica kuhanog povrca(ugl mex mjesavina
                   od Ledo-a) i 2 snite tosta s maslinama
2š.00 vecera:nekakva salatica od svjezeg sira i povrca(bez UH) ili snita tosta s maslinama i tanki
                    sloj maslaca od kikirikija
nedelja...raspašoj XD

svaki drugi dan: 40 sklekova, 40 cucnjeva, 40 istrzaja bucicom, 40 trbusnjaka po principu 4xš0
sta bi trebao unositi nakon vjezbi? osim vode XD

imam masne naslage na trbuhu i prsima kojih se zelim rijesit i zelim malo ojacati(nista pretjerano)
mozete mi i nabaciti neke formulice i kalkulatore

nadam se (skorom) odgovoru koji se nadam se nece sastojati od....provjeri prosle postove

Htjela sam reci da bi opcenito bilo dobro malo osobnog truda dati bar u proucavanje osnova prije nego se postavi pitanje Wink

nemojte me krivo shvatiti proveo sam par dana citajuci forum prije postavljanja pitanja ali nisam imao zivaca povezat sve nakon posla XD

btw nije bitno kolko je recenica u pitanju nego kolko su jasne

vec sam upozoren na to, izbacene su hrenovke, ubacena piletina, izbacene musli ubacene zobene, sir rokam samo posni a kikiriki maslac samo u PWM-u(banana i pol, nemasni jogurt i zlicica maslaca od kikirikija) koji mi je ujedno i vecera

tnx ali onaj šejk mi je jedino slatko kaj jedem a ja sam luuuuud za slatkim I NEED SWEET!!! XD you get it....nego pitam za webshop zato sta sam prosli tjedan narucio nesto, a još mi nije stiglo...i posalo sam jucer mail i još nisam dobio odgovor...

Pa vidi, možeš ti pojest neke proteine i uz to neki junk s minimalno masti, neke kekse, gumene bombone ili sl ;) Ova opcija s mlijekom i cornflakesom ti je isto ok što se tice slatkog

Evo mene opet XD malo sam si pikirao ovaj P90X i imam tehnicko pitanje...svi štokovi u stanu su mi banana, a kolko sam za sad shvatio (jos se mi se program skida) treba radit zgibove, ima ko kakav savjet? primio sam se za štok(gornju gredu) i probao dignut ali je staklo iznad vrata pocelo vristat baba kojoj si pred nosom drpio mjesto u tramvaju i nazalost sva vrata su sa tim staklom iznad, nemam mogunosti montiranja šipke na zid(90% zidova je knauf - ako je itko zivio u limenci zna o cemu govorim) a posto imam 95 kila moze li me uopce šipka koja se namontira izmedu štokova izdržati bez da padnem i smrskam laktove
