mislim da u ljekarni omega 3 masne kiseline oko š00 kuna dodju š00 komada tako nesto, meni prijatelj ih koristi svaki dan jednu gucne, kaze da mu se koža cak poboljšala i sve ostalo.

jos 2 tjedna na programu prsa-triceps, ledja-biceps, noge-ramena.. i onda prelazim na kruzni pa cemo vidjet rezultate..

koliko možeš, bez obzira na UH, možeš sve do 30 ( š80 EPA / š20 DHA) ovisno o koncentraciji ;) |

a necu se ja pretrpavat.. pokusavam sto manje unosit tablete i preparate sada.. samo whey, dekstroza i vitamini.. mozda sada ubacim i Ca-Zn-Mg. |

ooo jumoce jumoce... ako radiš masu po nekom programu, odradi je kako spada, a kad kreneš na definiciju ne spuštaj težine, odnosno ostavi isti trening, samo ubaci više kardia i sredi prehranu (smanji uh), ok?
