Ubacis 500g posnog sira, 2 banane, 2 jabuke, 2dcl vode. i imas preukusan shake s 50g proteina.

![]() a tesko je slozit neki shake s puno proteina bez wheya. Jedino kazem ti s posnim i tu stvarno imas puno kombinacija, samo mijenjas voce itd. npr ubacis 200grama posnog, bananu, par jagoda, jogurt-ako ti je pregusto dodas vode. ili recimo ubacis samo posni i desetak jagoda-PREFINO. to ti je najbolje kupiti si voca posnog i isprobavat

ja miksam samo zobene, posni sir i malo kakaa na kuhanje i stevie... sa 4,5 dcl vode.. puno proteina, kvalitetnih uh i to je to..

koji omjer? on pretpostavljam uzima bar 200kcal vise u obroku od tebe npr. mozes 150 g sira, 70ak g jagoda, malo stevije, 10g kokosovog brasna i eto

još moram nabvavit sve te namirnice :)) di ima tih brašna? vidjela sam tamo gdje stavljate što jedete da ima milijun vrsta brašna, ali u običnim dućanima ih ne vidim :) |

kokosovo ima u svakom dućanu, to je ono za pravit rafaello
zobeno, uzmes zobene i sameljes ga razeno takoder u svakom dućanu- konzum, interspar..
