Kak ste svi zlocesti.... Tvoj problem je nekvalitetna prehrana i premalo bavljenja sportom. Nije neka filozofija. Oboje poboljsas i to je to. Predlazem piletinu, posni sir, jaja, povrce, smanji masnoce, koristi proizvode od cjelovitih zitarica.... i kreni trcati! Ili biciklirati ili rolati.... Samo da se dobro uspuses i uznojis i pivska skembica ide dolje! |
