Ovaj plan sam si napisao na eng. jeziku jer za sebe sve pišem tako, lakše mi je, nadam se da nikom nece smetat. Pogledajte pa mi recite da li biste nešto ubacili, izbacili.. svaki pametan prijedlog je dobrodošao

Whey
1scoop when I wake up, 30min before training and after training.


Slow Release Protein
1scoop before bedtime


Glutamine
1scoop (5gr.) when I wake up, before and after training and before sleep.


Kreatin
1 week: 4 x 5gr. per day (When I wake up, after training, evening and last one before sleep)
6 weeks: 2 x 5gr. per day (In the morning and after the training)
4 weeks: break (no kreatin)

First week
Training days:
In the morning: 1 scoop of whey, 1 glutamine, 1 kreatin
Before training: 1 scoop of whey, 1 glutamine
After training: 1 scoop of whey, 1 glutamine, 1 kreatin
Evening: 1 kreatin
Before sleeping: 1 glutamine, 1 slow release protein, 1 kreatin

Non training days:
In the morning: 1 scoop of whey, 1 glutamine, 1 kreatin
14pm 1 kreatin
18pm 1 kreatin
Before sleeping: 1 glutamine, 1 slow release protein

6 next weeks
Training days:
In the morning: 1 scoop of whey, 1 glutamine, 1 kreatin
Before training: 1 scoop of whey, 1 glutamine
After training: 1 scoop of whey, 1 glutamine, 1 kreatin
Before sleeping: 1 glutamine, 1 slow release protein

Non training days:
In the morning: 1 scoop of whey, 1 glutamine, 1 kreatin
18pm 1 kreatin
Before sleeping: 1 glutamine, 1 slow release protein

Ma poslje treninga jedan PW obrok koji sadrži :
30 - 50g whey proteina
75 - 120g maltodekstrina ili glukoze u prahu
5 -15 g glutamina
5g creatina

Potpis.

Ali eto meni maltodekstroza ili glukoza nikako ne pomažu, naprave me skroz malaksavim i bez snage, cim sam izbacio to, funkcioniram perfektno. Confused

Trebao bi kombinirati sa glukozom jer je ona pozitivna iz više razloga. Pospješuje sintezu glikogena, diže inzulin , omogucuje brži oporavak. Ako ti ne odgovara mazni bananu ;)

Ma probao sam svakako i svakojake kombinacije i standardne i nestandarde i td. Bananu mažem prije, za vrijeme, i nakon treninga, cak i neposredno prije treninga znam maznut neko integralno pecivo jer pregladnim za vrijeme viježbanja, iako sam 1 h prije treninga pojeo npr. 2 tanjura pašte s tunom i sirom, šta reci....
