Ono što ljudi ne shvacaju je da nije svrha kreatina da navuce vodu nego je to samo nuspojava, neželjena ali bezopasna

koliko sam citao po forumu i raspitivao se receno mi je da trebam piti dnevno 5 grama kreatina


ali citajuci jednu stranicu o kreatinu sam dosao do zbunjenosti....pise da svoju tezinu podijelim na tri i da toliko pijem..sto bi znacilo nekih23-24 grama!!


evo to je ova stranica i pise tako....

Creatine - 500 g


bio bih vam zahvalan kad bi mi rekli koliko i kad da ga pijem??
uporan sam ,uporan :-)))

Ma to se odnosi na punjenjam ne obaziri se na to, pij 5 grama svaki dan!

kad ga je najbolje piti??


dali je tocno to sto sam procitao da ide na svaki gram deci vode kad ga pijem + ostatak vode poslije??
 

i dali trebam praviti pauzu nakon mjesec dana sto ga pijem??

ne moraš raditi pauzu, a dovoljno je da ga popiješ i sa 3 deci, ono na što trebaš pripaziti je da kroza dan unosiš dovoljno tekucine, barem 2, 5 litre, može i više

kakav ti je program treninga uopce!? važno je da ga popiješ, kad trreniraš možeš ga u pwm staviti

  pa radim 4 serije  š5 š2 š0 š0


pa radim onaj mrtvi ,pa trbusnjake,dosta radim sa utezima,leptir....neznam kako se zovu sve sprave...uglavnom radim vecinu stvari sto si mi ti rekao

ali nakon svake serije dizem tezinu utega...dosao sam sad do 45 kg...znam da nije puno...ali eto


svaki put ga trebam piti sa dekstozom??š0 grama + kreatin ili??
uporan sam ,uporan :-)))

  š0g dekstroze ti je nis.. popij 50g dekstroze i ako ces punjenje, onda š0g kreatina 2 x dnevno (ili 4x5g), ili ako neces punjenje onda pij 5g kreatina dnevno.

Radi osnovne vjezbe: mrtvo, cucanj, bench press, zgibovi i rameni potisak.. baziraj se na tome, pa ce kasnije doci varijacije..

hoceš ga ti naucit tehniku

U biti, ako te ima tko nauciti ili možeš iz tekstova na ovom portalu, bilo bi super.. ali ako te nema tko i nejde preko tekstova, nađi si neki lakši program za pocetak
