Baš zato što je LI ne bi trebala brinuti za opterecenje mišica jer bi vecina energije sa protekom vremena trebala dolaziti iz masti a najbolji znak da je tako bi bio da niis jako umorna i da se ne znojiš previše tokom cijelog kardia. Možeš probati više od 60min ali ako ne uspiješ radije onda 2x60min ili 3x60 ako si figtherica ![]() ![]() |
