Koje gljive jedete, kako ih spremate?


Je li istina da gljive kao povrce imaju zavidnu kolicinu proteina, znam da su dobar izvor vitamina D, pa eto da vas pitam šta sve radite s njima i kako vam se sviđa okus?

Ja osobno jedino koristim šampinjone i to na sve moguce nacine: s jajima, prepecene sa šunkom na teflonki+ tjestenina, dinstane i na home-made pizzi.

Baš sam jucer jeo gljive nakon dugo .. bacio sam bukovace na teflon tavu malo

Je li, stvarno, a kakvog su okusa bukovace?

Slicno šampinjonima?

Ja se stalno spremam isprobat vrganje, ali sumnjicava sam prema onima s pjace, ne znam koliko se ljudi kuže i beru li svakakve gluposti ili pravu stvar

Zato ti pogledaj kako bi vrganj trebao izgledati pa ga prepoznaj

A cuj.. drugcije su bukovace od šampinjona, ne jako ali onako.. meni dobro

 jeej, solidno proteina, malo masti, puno vitamina i minerala, puno vode - ko ih nebi volio :)

ja jedem uglavnom sampinjone...i to uz rizu i meso najcesce...ili u mixu sa ostalim povrcem..ili bukovace bacim na tavu pa uz meso..

Uglavnom vrganje.

Iz Slavonije sam, imamo generacijama tradiciju skupljanja vrganja i lisicarki. Prošla godina je bila najbolja vrganjska unatrag dvadeset, skupili na Papuku oko 70 kilograma u nekoliko poslijepodneva. Ima godina kad ne možeš naci 3-4 kg.

I sad ih ima sušenih, u zamrzivacu...   Idu dobro uz puno jela.

Bukovace su mi super, ali vrganjiiii..... Mmmmm Onako fino dinstane na luku.....

Ukoliko godina bude kao prošla, dogovoriti cemo se.

Zapravo, ne znam da je netko zamijenio vrganj sa otrovnicom. Vrganj je specifican zbog spora, ima puno podvrsta a sve do jedne su jestive. Ne znam otrovnicu s kojom bi netko zamijenio vrganj.

Skupljanje je zapravo adrenalinski sport. Nakon par sati tumaranja, naletjeti na proplanak sa obitelji vrganja je fenomenalan osjecaj.

  Volim suncanice i vrganje i šampinjone..ma super su gljive opcenito..no brati ih...hihi...
Sjecam se jednom da smo frendica i ja ko mlađe teenejđerke ubrale par kila vrganja i došli do tete...kao da vidi jel to ok...i ona je onda pobacala sve..osim jedne jadne koja je prestarila...da bi nam rekla..e ovo je vrganj...samo je sad vec star ;) I tako je završila moja karijera kao beracice gljiva.... ;)
