E ovako...Ja sam Marko, inace treniram kosarku....treba mi jedan savet...
Ovako, isao sam u teretanu, izdefinisao se i zadovoljan sam. Medjutim sad imam malo sala na stomaku....izvinjavam se ako je glupo pitanje, ali kako da skinem to salo? znam da se ne moze u isto vreme skidati salo i graditi misici...probao sam da vise trcim, manje jedem ali ne ide...inace imam nekoliko obroka...dorucak, rucak, obrok 2h pre treninga i obrok posle treninga...moze neko da mi kaze u cemu gresim? |

Ne bih da se hvalim, ali ja sam fizioterapeut (buduci)
