D: 40 g zobenih, 20 g sušene aronije, 20 g mljevenih badema, 100 g jogurta, 100 g posnog 
PWM: 25 g whey + voda, banana, 20 g badema
R: 200 g zapečene piletine punjene sirom i low fat šunkom, salata od svega i svačeg, šnita kruha
MO: neki proteinski kolač što sam izmućkala 
V: 300 g lososa i opet salata

Nije lako. :D

Hahha problem je jedan veliki...što ja nemam osjećaj sitosti..danas sam isto pojeo..ajmeeee i odlučio sam si zadati još jedan bolni zadatak... 150 dana... Clean... hahhaa do rođendana...ima da bude veselo! Ali definitivno disciplinu volim više nego išta :)

2 hrenovke u lisnatom tijestu ... pizza...sendvič od kulena - doručak

2 topljena sira pohana.,plata za dvoje piletina govedina svinjetina, i velika porcija gljiva ručak

3 topljena sira pohana biftek - međuobrok

neki hamburger- međuobrok

velika kobasica domaća sa krumpir pireom večera. 

eh sada dajte mi ideju šta danas...onda slijedi 90 dana striktno hahahahahha

D: shake (1 i pol banana, šalica mlijeka, 2 suhe šljive, žličica kakaa)
R: kukuruzna tjestenina s plodovima mora i rajčicom + kupus salata
Mo: jabuka + sendvič od slanutkovog brašna i lanenih sjemenki s namazom od tune
V: isto što i ručak

Odmah nakon buđenja: topla limunada s žlicom psylliuma
D: 50g zobenih, mjerica proteina u vodi
3 bjelanjka i 1 cijelo jaje
M: whey protein i naranča
R: brokula u 200 g pilećih prsa
M: 200 g zrnatog sira i 60 g riže
TRENING
PWM: whey
V: 200 g ribe pečene na papiru za pečenje i blitva
V2 (pola sata prije spavanja): kazein

Evo danas.

D: kava s malo slatkog vrhnja (nisam gladna jer sam malo vise pojela sinoc)
R: 3 jaja na maslacu, matovilac, pola avokada
V: pecena puretina na kokosovom ulju, salata s maslinovim uljem, cheddar sir

Ako padne neka uzina, to ce danas biti mozzarela ili pureca prsa (sunka), nekad popijem whey, ali to nikad ne planiram.
Tijekom dana obicno bude jos jedna kava.

D: 2 dcl jogurta (kozjeg) + 4 homemade mala keksa od rižinog brašna i badema + jabuka
Nakon treninga: 2 rižina krekera + 3 kriške šunke + kriška sira
R: kuhana puretina + juha + mrkva + kupus salata
Mo: šalica mlijeka, šalica jogurta + 1 rižin keks
V: isto što i ručak
Navečer šaka kikirikija
