š75 cm 55 kg (ljeto je) Nikad do sada nisam ništa vježbala,jedem puno iako se nebi reklo. Dolazi jesen a ja se napokon želim upisat u neki program vježbanja ali koji?? Želim dignut kilažu na 60 i želim ljepo oblikovat tijelo Znam da to nece doc preko noci i znam da se moram držat nekog programa prehrane al neznam koje vježbanje da odaberem :) Ako netko ima dobar savjet neka ga podjeli samnom :) |

Da li te interesira više solo vježbanje ili grupno ala crobic, zumba fitness i sl. ?

masi s vremenom pa tu možeš ocekivati povecanje. |

Ma da! di cu dobit 5 kg mišica??
to nije lako muškarcu dobit a kamoli ženi! Zar nije opce poznato da žene puno puuuno teže dobivaju vidljive mišice? Imam decka da izgleda nabildano ja samo hocu izgledat pristojno :)) |

Naravno da teže dobivaju na mišicnoj masi, hormonalna slika kod žena je manje pogodna za dobivanje miš. mase nego kod muškaraca, isto tako, žene imaju genetski viši bodyfat nego muškarci tako da im mišici dolaze teže do izražaja |

Ne brini ti za mišice, žene se toga ne moraju bojati - samo kreni s rekreacijom i to je to! |

Ma ne brinem se ja za mišice jer znam koliko je teško ženama dobit 5 kg mišica! Nego ovaj Žiga nešto prica :)
