Pozdrav,
prije svega da se predstavim jer sam novi na forumu, ja sam Dino=), imam 20 godina i od kako sam krenuo u teretanu, stalno mi se mota jedna rijec u glavi-WHEY protenini. Do sada sam koristio liquid amino, a trenutno koristim glutamin i zell bolan. Amino me iskreno razocarao sa obziron na cijenu, dok je glutamin zadovoljavajuci. No, ne dobijam onaj buff up efekat nikako, ja sam š95cm visok a imam oko š00kg...Pitanje je sljedece, da li cu koristenjem whey proteina dobijati na misicnoj masi li cu jednostavno da se udebljam...Mozda pitanje zvuci glupo, ali zbilja ne znam, i cijenio bi svaku pomoc, hvala=) |

pozdrav!pitanje ti uopšte nije glupo.dobit ceš na mišicnioj masi sa wheyom i sa treningom sigurno,ali bitna ti je i druga prehrana jer se isto tako možeš i udebljat ako se nepravilno hraniš

prehrana ali bas puno se najedi,i mozes i kreatin dodat jos uz whey od dodataka,i whey pij s dextrozon u pwm.i s obziron na tvoju visinu i tezinu moga bi ti na definiciju umisto mase

sto znate ja zelim da dobijem na masi (misicnoj)...a da pri tome smanjim kolicinu masnoca...smanjio sam unos kalorija na oko š500max dnevno...da li je to ok?...malo, previse? |

ne možeš u isto vrijeme mršaviti i dobivati mišice! odluci se za jedno, moj savjet ti je da prvo smršaviš a onda kreneš u dobivanje mišica! Jedino moraš paziti da sacuvaš ove mišice koje imaš dok mršaviš

Pa zapravo nije da se baš nikako ne može (zapravo ovisi o nizu toga) ali puno puno sporije ide...i rezultati možda nisu takvi kakvi bi bili da se išlo po redu |
