znaci danas prsa i tricepsi
bench ravni: 6 serija š serija 40kg 20 puta za zagrijavanje,2 i 3 60kg 7 puta,4,5 i 6 70kg 5 puta, dizanje bucica na kosoj klupi 3 serije 45kg razvlacenje bucicama:3 serije prva sa 2 od š5kg ostale sa 2 od š7,5kg leptir sprava:2 serije 35kg za triceps pregib ez sipkon na klupi 3 serije 30kg dipsevi s potporon na klupi 3 serije potisak na cross spravi s konopom 3 serije 30kg Edited by zmaj |
