Evo da ponovim ono što sam ti i na pm-u rekao, izuzetna eksplozivna vježba, tehnicki jako složena i zahtjeva dosta vježbanja dok se ne uhvati osnovni psihomotoricki stereotip. Zahtijeva rad cijelog tijela, posebno dobra za gornji dio tijela s naglaskom na deltoide i gornji dio trapeza.
Pravilnu izvedbu se može naci ili na youtubeu ili u knjizi Starting Strength. Doduše ja bih radije išao na razdvajanje cijelog pokreta u nekoliko posebnih vježbi jer je cijeli clean&press manje više dizacka vježba i ukljucuje nekoliko vježbi u sebi. |

E ovo sto si zadnje napisao.. ja razmisljam da ne pocnem vjezbu s utegom dok je na podu, vec da ga dizem sa stalka i pocinjem sa tocke 2 na slici.. dok mi je kod kukova.. jer puno vecu tezinu mogu dignut s poda do pasa(kao mrtvo), a onda znatno manju iznad sebe..

Ali hang clean sam sad vidio na youtube.. to samo podigne na rame i spusti.. ja bi podignuo na rame.. i onda napravio military press... |

hang clean + press (odnosno push press ako koristiš leg drive) Možeš i tako, nitko te ne ogranicava, no kažem, meni je zgodnije razdvojiti te dvije vježbe jer su obje izuzetno zahtjevne. Drugi razlog što razdvajam je to što cleanom dignem više nego pressom pa mi je press ogranicavajuci faktor (zbog manje kilaže) u clean&pressu. |

Zahtjevne jesu,da.. ali kao sto si mi u PM napisao da s obzirom na onaj program, bih dosta trebao toga mjenjat, probat cu ipak odradit tu vjezbu, jer sljedeci trening od ramena koristim lateralno odrucenje, te zadnji dan arnoldov potisak..jedino mozda ako mislis, da posto radim vec military press, da mi ne treba arnoldov? |

E u tom slucaju ako izbacim arnoldov potisak, mogu odvojit rame na 3 vjezbe, hang clean, military press i lateralno.. |

Clean je preporucljivo prvo poceti uciti samo sa šipkom

Ne bih rekao, cak štoviše, barem neka mala kilaža je potrebna na krajevima šipke da dobiješ osjecaj težine jer ako si cca 90kg šipka od 20kg ak je olimpijska ti u ruci leži kao cackalica a buduci da je pokret eksplozivan teško ceš to savladat. O tome se govori i u Starting Strength-u. |
