Nije obavezan whey Nakon treninga ti je bitno da
pojedeš p + uh obrok. E sad, uz taj posni bi ti možda bolje
išla riža, jer je posni spor izvor proteina, a dex najbrži
uh...

Danas namjeravam kupiti u DMu pa imam pitanje.

Pijem Whey shake nakon treninga.  Vidio sam da treba biti dex:whey=2:š

A da li mogu dex ubaciti unutra i zajedno smuckati i popiti? Recimo mjericu wheya i onda odgovarajucu kolicinu dexa, to sve u 0.5L vode i zajedno zrokat?

evo danas sam umjesto onih bombona iz dm uzeo traubenzucker.... stavio 2 mjerice boga ti pa to je bomba
jeste sigurni da necu dobit secer :D

To ti i je 2:1 jer glukoza je teza od proteina, skoro pa duplo.Ali nigdje ne pise zakon da mora bit 2:1 omjer, ovisi o tvojim ciljevima, metabolizmu i samom treningu itd koliko je bolje da uzmes
