    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=6579">Gabrijel7</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3116<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 17&nbsp;Studeni&nbsp;2012 at 20:50<br /><br />da se i ja malo prikljucim... <br /><br />vezano za kolicinu, ja se drzim nekog pravila od 1g glukoze na 1kg tezine, znaci npr. netko od 70kg treba uzeti 70g glukoze ( to mislim na obrok odmah iza treninga- whey+glukoza)... a naravno nebi bilo lose piti i glukozu tokom treninga za energiju , al to nije prijeko potrebno, jedino ukoliko nemate jako intezivan trening, koji traju dulje od 1:30h (npr. trcanje)<br /><br />e sad, ja osobno nevolim konstanto uzimati cistu glukozu, tipa ove iz DM-a, vec neko vrijeme pijem tako, pa onda uzmem ajmo reci predah, pa mjesto glukoze pojedem bananu jer ona isto sadrzi glukozu (i fruktozu), znaci brze UH..]]>
