pa posnog bi trebalo stavit cca 250 grama da ispadne 30 grama poteina i otprilike isti kalorijski unos

uh ja uz 250g posnog završavam dan...jedva ga popapam nekako uz vodu haha...ne paše mi ali što ceš 30g proteina :D sporih milina pred spavanje :D

Mozda malo cudno zvuci, ali meni je ekstra kombinacija 250 g posnog + velika kasika maslinovog ulja + luk ili bijeli luk... sve ubaciti u blender... gusim se time prije spavanja
