 ajmo ko zna vise,malo san cita po netu,i preporuca se 5g 20 minuti prije treninga,neki preporucuju poslin,i tako.

posto od monohidrata ne osjecan neku korist,planiran krajen lita ovo uzet

 uzima se 3g 30-ak minuta prije treninga,više od toga je nepotrebno.Radi puno bolje od monohidrata,posebice što se tice porasta snage.No po meni bolja stvar od monohidrata i cee je beta alanin.Jedino što pocne djelovati nakon 4-5 tjedana.To mi je sada suplement br.š

  Ja sam ga uzeo prije dva dana od biotecha 300g-š30kn,piše da se uzima 5g 30 min prije treninga.
 Jucer sam ga prvi put konzumirao-odvratno je  za pit ali ako radi jebi ga može se potrpit.
 Samo ne znam da li se pije svaki dan ili samo na dan treninga?

 moran rec da san danas prvi put isa pit ethyl ester,pa to je nesto tako odvratno gorko da nisan moga pit nego san prolija ono. izgleda da cu ga morat misat sa dekstrozon,pije se po ure prije treninga

 cce odlicna stvar u kombi sa dekstrozom i agrininom (super odvratno, ali pali, i ne navlaci puno vode) pozeljno bi bilo uz to uzimat i r-ala ili obicnu (Alfa lipoicna kiselina)..... ako se nokom slucajno gadi to trosit, povoljno otkupljujem

  Meni baš odgovara što je gorak, pijem 2,5g prije vježbanja uz 30g wheya, š5 g dekstroze i 3g l-glutamina i 2,5g nakon vježbanja, uz 40g wheya, 60 g dekstroze i 5g l-glutamina, meni je prefino
