kako zategnuti unutarnji dio bedri?? 
   
  probala sam sa onim vježbama tipa škarica i sl. al neide kakve druge vježbe? trebala bi ujednaciti nekako taj unutarnji sa ostalim dijelom!  |

 Vjerovatno ti znaš, ali za one koji ne znaju, kad radiš cucnjeve da ne bi kolinu štetilo, tijelom cucanja kolino mora biti u razini sa gležnjom, ne smi prilazit...  |

p.s da.. definitvno glavna stvar je da koljeno ne prelazi prste noge.. ako je tkao nemate se što brinuti za zdravlje koljena! naravno zagrijavanje ravna leđa i opcenito ostale stvari, necu govoriti..  |

Dobro Ily...možda ne može sad odmah cucnjeve...no može krenuti sa mini cucnjevima..opcenito pojacati quadriceps i stražnju ložu...i kroz 2tj krenuti i sa cucnjevima....
