salim se, u pravu si, samo zaista mi se cini da malo losije varim kikiriki, videcemo sta ce biti kad reduciram slatko, sto sam vec pocela a inace nekada sam umela ne jesti i 5-6 sati pre spavanja, ali sada mislim da to nije normalno i ne bih vise to da radim... |

ja se isto slažem s ovim Ja svaki put jedem tik prije spavanja, nekad i legnem u krevetac umotam se dekom i uzmem žlicicu i jedem posni ko sladoled

Ja razumijem da treba jest poslije treninga i sve, radije bit neispavan onda ujutro , ali nema šanse da pojedem drito prije spavanja/ P+M je i moj zakon no.š., znaci sat-dva maximalno prije spavanja šuknem neke proteine i to je to. U suprotnom
